Tar Heel Auto Glass, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that succeeds in making your auto glass needs as hassle free as possible. As a father and sons operation since 1978, we take pride in our professional workmanship. Your replacement auto glass is warranted against defects in materials as well as the workmanship in which it was installed. Proper installation procedures are followed including the application of urethane used as a bonding agent. This warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle in which the work was performed.

Coverage under this warranty begins on the first date of service and applies only to products that have been sold and installed by Tar Heel Auto Glass, Inc. This warranty is valid, if the owner has made normal use of the product and has maintained the product in a reasonable manner.

1. All windshield and rear window installations are properly sealed and guaranteed against leakage for as long as your own your car. The safety glass installed by Tar Heel Auto Glass, Inc. complies with all applicable specifications of the American Safety Code for Safety Glazing Materials for Motor Vehicles as described by the American Standard Association.

2. For chip repairs we use the best materials and techniques available to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Should you ever become dissatisfied with a chip repair, we will credit the repair cost towards replacement of the same glass. If your insurance company originally paid for the repair, the credit will be applied toward the portion of the charge to be paid by the insurance company for the purchase of a new glass. This credit cannot be applied toward any customer deductible amount.

3. All door glass installations or glass / labor that requires mechanical operation is warranted for thirty (30) days.

Purchaser waives all statutory warranties and all warranties implied by law in connection with the sale of property described above. Purchaser also agrees there are no warranties that extend beyond the description in connection with the original sale.

In no event shall Tar Heel Auto Glass, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for damages resulting from external causes such as abuse, misuse and/or acts of God.
